Sinan Khan is the Associate Director, for the Los Angeles County Office of Emergency Management.
Sinan brings years of experience as a career emergency manager, adjunct instructor, consultant, and researcher to our team.
Sinan will be our principal guiding the Shield Initiative’s public health & emergency management research portfolio
