Dr. Bynum is a Homeland Security & Emergency Management Author, Researcher, Educator, HSEEP Exercise Planner & Facilitator, Professor, & Higher Education Leader.
Dr. Bynum has been a longtime Research Partner of Simental Industries Ltd. In this new role, Dr. Bynum will provide subject matter expertise supporting SI Ltd.’s Homeland Security Enterprise – Education, Training & Exercise portfolio and our new Division of Education, Training & Exercise Services.
